Concept Formation Plan

Usually confined to major development planning. This stage outlines how circulation, hard-landscaping and planting are harmonised.

Master Plan

This drafting shows exact layout of all hard and soft areas in relation to the dwelling and any new additional building or facilities.

• Includes hard landscaping materials schedule such as paving detail.
• Includes other construction specifications on: Decking, water-features
• Includes Lighting Plans.
• Includes Drainage and Irrigation Plans.

Planting Plan

We will present a detailed Planting Plan showing all areas of the proposed landscape.

This will include a detailed planting specification list, with plant names, quantities planting numbers and plant sizes.

Construction

LG Landscape Design Practice can source all quotations for the build from recognised landscape contractors or we can furnish you with a price for completion of the project.
